Below are the types of appointments I offer. If you have any questions, please get in touch before booking. All sessions are confidential and private.
Introductory Call
This appointment is for initially connecting and answering any questions you may have. You can book this first or skip right to the initial consultation. This can be over the phone or virtual, your choice. Typically 15-20 minutes.
One hour or 30 min Appointments
Regular appointments tailored to your needs. Usually weekly or biweekly. We will discuss what amount of time will be best depending on your individual needs. This can be over the phone or virtual, your choice.
Initial Consultation
Here we will begin your assessment/evaluation. This can be your first appointment, or we can start with an intro call. This consult can be via phone or virtual, your choice. This will typically last up to 45 minutes.
Check In Visits
Calls to check on how things are going. Up to 15 minutes.
