I am a Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner specializing and Certified in Sleep Science and Stress Management, and a proud member of the American Association of Drug-less Practitioners. As a sleep, insomnia and stress management practitioner, I offer coaching and consulting solutions for recovery and general well- being. I am dedicated and passionate about helping you achieve better sleep, and manage stress effectively, providing personalized strategies and support to improve your health and daily life.​
